About this portal

This portal publishes the Sabah State Government electronic circulars (ePekeliling / eCircular). It replaces the legacy eCircular site and keeps its addresses working.

Circulars

Circulars are issued by state agencies. Each circular has a circular number, a reference number, an issue date and a PDF file with published checksums.

Checksums

Every PDF lists its SHA-256 and SHA-512 checksums. Older records may only have MD5 and SHA1. How to verify

Languages

The portal is available in Bahasa Melayu and English. Documents are published in their original language.
